Prince George Trip

I went to visit my friend up in Prince George, BC. Her city is very different from mine where they experience a wonderful winter, where as I experience more of a rainy winter. We went on all sorts of adventures and this is a series of photo's taken from that time.

Snowshoeing in Prince George, BC.

A bridge to a look out.

Snowshoeing up the trail, where no one has tred. The sun also coming out.

The sun finally came out.

Plane View of the World

This is a series of photo's I took while flying back from Prince George, BC to Vancouver, BC. I was lucky enough to leave around 5pm and to get a window seat. I managed to get some quite extraordinary shots of the sunset over clouds. This was taken with my camera on my iPod Touch. Aside from the plane window being very dirty, the shots are amazing, I think.

Wiew from the plane with the mountains in view

Snow capped mountains look so tiny

Sunset above the clouds.

My seat on the plane.

An unsusal sunset.

Almost home.

Trails In Tumbler Ridge, BC

These are another series of photo's taken from the same trip. This is a park right outside of Tumbler Ridge, BC. A trail follows a small river and boasts dinosaur tracks too.

Beautiful river.

Great scenery.

The rock formations are amazing.

You could actually stand under this rock. The river only went up to our knees.

These rock formations are about 6 ft. high.

Can you spot the dinosaur tracks?

A closer view.

I would definitely not want to be here, when this guy lived! Yikes!

Moose Lake, Eastern BC

I took this series of photo's on the same trip, with my friend, we camped at a nice lake called Moose Lake, located between Chetwynd, BC and Tumbler Ridge, BC.

Moose Lake just before the sunset.

The sunset.

The water was incredibly still.

A view from our campsite.

The Fraser River, BC

I went on a trip with my friend, through Eastern BC and I took this series of photo's of the Fraser River.

Looking at the Fraser River from a ledge just off the trail.

Vancouver Olympic Games 2010

I went with a friend, downtown Vancouver, to check out the life durring the Olympic Games in 2010.

The Flame.

The Flame, through the fence. Not too attractive.

The Olympic Rings, Through a fence. This seems to be a theme here.

The artwork was amazing.

The crouds of people was even more amazing!

Notice the half clothed man on the unicycle?

That guy has got some balls! It's frezzing out!

This guy was good. He didn't move at all.

With any type of gathering, there must be the Alice Cooper look-a-like. Complete with snake.

If course, the zip line from one corner of the street to the other. That was a 10 hour line up, for a 15 second ride. Though, free.

Only in Vancouver, will you see someone showing his pride.

At least he's proud at what he does.

Wanderings I

This set of photo's is where I usually take my dog for a walk, by our house. It had snowed the day before, and froze that night.

The small trail that I take my dog out for a walk.

Ice had formed in a small puddle.

The sports area that didn't see much ice.
The tree that was taller than any lights on the field. It looked amazing.

The icy patch of trail that we encountered.

This was taken at a small fountain. The ice took the shape of the rocks underneath.
